Se lasa cafeaua la racit. Apoi galbenusurile le frecam bine bine cu &amp;nbsp;zaharul intr-un bol, sa nu fie din metal si cu o lingura de lemn, exact ca la maioneza, cand s-a topit zaharul(putem folosi si zahar pudra) incorporam treptat crema Mascarpone. Smantana se bate ca pentru frisca si se amesteca cu galbenusurile, adaugam esenta de rom.Pentru asamblare am folosit inelul de prajituri. cu 2 linguri de zahar;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 g zahar;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 blaturi de gelatina(aprox. 15 g);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 ml de waldmeistersiroup (specialitate nemteasca, un fel de sirop de lamaie);&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;fructe: struguri, portocale, piersici, kiwi; Cuptorul trebuie sa fie bineincins inainte, si nu se deschide 20 de minute dupa ce am introdus aluatul in cuptor. se coc circa 30 de minute.Gaturile lebedelor se pun in tava printr-un sprit mai mic de forma bastonaselor de clasa intai :D. Dupa ce s-au racit, taiam capacele si le sectionam in jumatate (acestea sunt aripile) si se umplu "corpurile" cu frisca adaugam aripile ce se sustin cu gatul :D. Tortul l-am umplut cu aceeasi crema de ciocolata si l-am decorat tot cu ea:D. Acest tort l-am facut in cinstea zilei lui Floricel(sora-mea). float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_ItE0MO8I4Oc/SxgY1aA-bKI/AAAAAAAAAGE/ak0PytrsWAA/s400/tocanita+3.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;cum imi mai ramasese carnat in frigider m-am gandit sa fac o mancarica de cartofi...ceea ce nu-mi iese tot timpul la fel:D si cum se face rapid....m-am pus la treaba cu:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;aproximativ 700 g carnat de casa atat crud cat si afumat :)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;vreo 10 - 12 cartofi medii&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cepe&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ardei&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ulei, sare, piper, foi de dafin, apa, pasta de ardei iute Eros Pista si pasta de gulyas picanta(foaaarte)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Am curatat legumele....pe care le-am taiat cat de cat marunt...si le-am pus la calit in ulei...Dupa ce s-au rumenit legumele am pus carnatul la calit taiat in bucati mici :) si l-am lasat sa se patrunda foarte bine cu legumele si am adaugat o lingurita de pasta de ardei picanta si am pus apa cat sa acopere carnatul :), cand au fost aproape fierti carnatii am pus si cartofii curatati si taiati cubulete si am mai completat cu apa cam pana la nivelul cartofilor...si am pus frunzele de dafin si am lasat sa fiarba si sa se patrunda bine la foc mic...la sfarsit cand totul este fiert punem si pasta de gulyas :D vreo 2 linguri si sarea si piperul dupa gustul fiecaruia si uitasem de o mana zdravana de patrunjel verde tocat :D Merg foarte bine cu ardei cu varza murata si paine proaspata :D ca cea de casa:D S-aveti pofta! Spalam bine ardeii,morcovul ,si ii taiem bucati apoi curatam ceapa si usturoiul si si le maruntim, le aruncam toate in blender si le maruntim. Punem uleiul de masline in tigaie la incins si punem mixul din blender la calit:D(o sa fie cam apos) lasam sa scada binisor pana e aproape facut, adaugam sunca taiata marunt si lasam putin la calit pe urma mai adaugam apa cat sa cuprinda legumele:D si mai lasam la fiert la foc mic, cand e aproape gata(culoarea e schimbata) adaugam plicul de la Maggi si mai adaugam apa cam la ochi(sa iasa un sos consistent:D-&amp;nbsp; dar nu foarte) si mai lasam sa fiarba ,la final aruncam ciupercile stoarse din conserva si macinam piperul proaspat peste sos, si ca putina picanterie adaugam o lingurita de pasta de ardei(e extrem de hot - iute :D ai nevoie de pompieri !!!).Pastele se fierb conform instructiiunilor de pe pachet. Am umplut ardeii si i-am asezat intr-o oala de 6 litri si i-am acoperit cu apa, si am adaugat sare si i-am lasat la fiert, spre final am facut un sos din faina si niste bulion si l-am turnat peste ardei:D prin ingrosare s-a format un sos :) am uitat sa mentionez ca am mai pus si niste cimbru ca sa aiba gust, (mie mi-a iesit cam multa compozitie si am mai mers sa cumpar ardei :D si a trebui sa ii fierb in 2 cratite :D) la sfarsit au fost fff buni:D pe la 4 dimineata toata lumea manca ardeii mei care au fost deliciosi:D i-am asezat intr-un vas yena si i-am dat la microunde (nu am aragaz cu cuptor :(((((() cam 5 minute :D pofta mare si spor la gatit! arunci intr-un bors: vreo 2 cepe, 3 ardei, pastarnac, patrunjel radacina, telina, morcovi, vreo 3 cartofi, 1 canita de orez, piper, sare, 1 plic bors magic(sau bors natural daca aveti),1 lingura bulion si smantana&amp;nbsp; :D. in primul rand pui sflecla la fiert in coaja, iar legumele, le cureti si le toci marunt, eu le-am mixat in robotul de bucatarie :P apoi le pui la calit in vre-o 2 linguri de ulei si pe urma adaugi lingura de bulion si apa:D(la latitudinea fiecaruia - depinde cat bors vreti sa faceti - eu am facut o oala de 6 litri) lasi sa fiarba, adaugi cartofii taiati cubulete si orezul dupa ce l-am clatit sub un jet de apa:D si le lasi sa fiarba, cand a fiert sfecla o cureti si o dai pe razatoare apoi o adaugi in oala impreuna cu celelalte legume si adaugi plicul de bors :D si mai lasi sa dea un clocot iar la sfarsit in farfurie o garnisesti cu smantana ;) poza pe care o atasez este chiar de la cumnatica mea, Cristina:D borsul a iesit excelent! :D&lt;div am avut timp de ei :) si iata ca aseara m-am pus pe facut aceasta reteta :) am folosit vreo 9 cartofi de marime medie fierti in apa cu sare, i-am curatat si dupa ce s-au mai racit putin i-am feliat, in vasul meu yena de 1.5 l am pus asa: un strat de cartofi, unul de cascaval si deasupra vre-o 2 linguri de smantana, si am repetat operatiunea pana ce am umplut vasul :D si am dat la cuptorul cu microunde cam 5 minute sa se topeasca cascavalul, (am folosit cam 250 g cascaval si vreo 200 ml smantana dulce si nu pasteurizata :D) am condimentat cu piper si i-am asezonat cu ardei cu /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;iata o metoda usoara de a face spanac pe placul tau, sa nu te mai chinui :D, am luat de la Real o punga de spanac gata tocat congelat :P, si l-am dezghetat la microunde :D, am calit vreo 8 catei de usturoi(fiecare poate pune cat vrea) in vreo 4 linguri de ulei de masline si pe urma am adaugat spanacul :D dezghetat si stors de excesul de apa, l-am lasat sa prinda putin gust de usturoi si am condimentat cu piper proaspat si sare:P, apoi am pus smantana vreo 300 ml si lapte daca este nevoie:D depinde cat va place de subtire compozitia:D potriviti de sare si piper si asezonati pot face simplu si nu necesita cuptor, caci momentan nu am , doar microunde am, si cum o mancare copioasa poftea un dulce pe masura am incercat sa fac o ciocolata de casa pe gustul lui Floricel si al lui Marius. am consultat mai multe retete si pana la urma am facut cum am vrut. am folosit 150 ml de apa si 400 g de zahar :) si le-am lasat sa fiarba pana s-a topit zaharul si s-a ingrosat siropul, apoi am luat cratita jos de pe foc si am aruncat in sirop cam o cana de lapte praf, si a iesit cam subtire si am mai pus lapte praf pana s-a ingrosat cat mi-a convenit mie:D si am&amp;nbsp; mai adaugat si putina esenta de vanilie, am luat 2 linguri din amestecul alb si in restul am adaugat 1 plic de cacao de 50 g :P si vreo 80 g de unt :), am pus compozitia intr-un recipient, in care am foarte incantati de o portie de tiramisu. pentru tiramisu am folosit o cutie crema Mascarpone de 250 g, cam 100 ml de smantana dulce, 1 pachet de piscoturi Savoiardi (cu 2 randuri doar nu 4 :p), 1 ou, 1 cana de cafea si cacao pudra cam 2 linguri. m-am apucat de creatie:P&lt;br /&gt;am aruncat intr-un bol crema Mascarpone, smantana si cele 3 linguri de zahar:) si le-am mixat bine pana ce zaharul s-a topit, apoi am adaugat galbenusul, si la final am batut si albusul ramas si l-am amestecat in compozitie. am uitat sa mentionez ca cafeaua am facut-o mai repede ca sa aiba timp sa se raceasca :). am am bagat tarta in cuptor pentru 30 de minute :) dupa ce s-a racit m-am gandit sa o acoper cu frisca, ca sa nu fie prea seaca, desi unii din oaspetii preferau fara frisca.&lt;br /&gt;din 3 linguri de ;). in timp ce legumele mele fierb m-am apucat sa fac perisoarele. am folosit cam 500 de grame de carne tocata de porc, in care am pus piper alb si negru, sare, vegeta :)(nu sare de vegeta), 1 ou, 3 linguri bulion, patrunjel verde tocat marunt si cam 100 g de orez :)(spalat), le-am amestecat cu o spatula de lemn si am inceput sa fac bilute mici :) pe care le-am pus la fiert in apa clocotinda. cand au fost gata fierte am adaugat ciorbei bulion de rosii dupa gust, sare, si zarzavat de la borcan(pus de mama pentru iarna); iar la final am adaugat si verdeata(patrunjel) :P nu-i asa ca e bun? si type='text'>piure de cartofi cu sos de rosii si piu piu</title><content type='html'>azi m-am apucat ca de obicei de inovat, si totusi a iesit ceva comestibil, am folosit un piept de pui dezosat, 3 cepe rosii mici, 1 ardei , sare , piper, boia, patrunjel , 1 cana de apa si bulion de rosii iar ca si garnitura un piure de cartofi(am folosit si lapte si smantana dupa gust) ;). am calit cepele si ardeiul in 3 linguri de ulei si am adaugat boiaua. din piept am facut carne tocata si l-am pus la calit :) apoi am adaugat apa si l-am lasat sa fiarba, in final adaugand sucul de rosii si condimentele (am uitat sa mentionez ca am folosit si putina vegeta).&lt;br /&gt;am trecut la piure, aceeasi reteta clasica si banala, dar in momentul zdrobirii cartofilor am ales blenderul  si cartofii au iesit ca si cascavalul care se intinde :P am adaugat laptele si smantana si a iesit suuuperb ;)&lt;br /&gt;am sa ma conving de cele spuse daca de data aceasta prietenul meu o sa manance acest fel de mancare :) type='text'>stilul de a gati....</title><content type='html'>modul meu de a gati este diversificat si diferit....imi place sa condimentez...sa experimentez....imi place sa ma joc....sa fac ceva ce o sa fie comestibil si bun....inca nu am esuat si am mult timp de acum inainte, doar ca uneori mai am si musafiri, si trebuie sa tin cont si de gusturile lor,....uni nu prea agreeaza carnea, altii lactatele....si de aceea trebuie sa gasesc o cale sa ii impac pe toti ;) pana acum am reusit si sper ca si in continuare sa imi reuseasca treaba.&lt;br /&gt;incerc sa testez retete din diverse carti term='spaghetti'/><title type='text'>paste a la mine</title><content type='html'>am facut ieri paste, pentru ca sunt si usor de facut , si economice si am folosit cam ce aveam in frigider pentru sos: vreo 3 cepe rosii mici, 150 de grame de salam picant campofrio, 400 ml de bulion de rosii, cam 3-4 linguri de zacusca de vinete si niste masline verzi umplute cu gogosari, cateva linguri de ulei, boabe de piper rosu, piper negru, sare, oregano, salvie, patrunjel, boia de ardei dulce si chilli :) (imi place sa condimentez).&lt;br /&gt;am taiat cepele marunt si salamul felii, si le-am calit in ulei,am adaugat boiaua si bulionul de rosii lasandu-le sa dea un clocot, pe urma am adaugat condimentele si la final zacusca si maslinele si le-am mai lasat sa fiarba putin.&lt;br /&gt;ca spaghetti le folosesc pe cele de la barilla desi au un pret destul de marisor, in 5 minute au fost fierte.&lt;br /&gt;am adaugat peste spaghetti sosul si in farfuria mea nu am ezitat sa imi pun niste bucatele de
